Our return guarantee

You can return the goods without giving reasons within 14 days by returning the goods. In addition, we grant you an extended return of 16 days at this time. You have 30 days to return the goods. All we expect from you is just the unopened pack, which should be in its original state.

Within that period of time you can arrange the return of your purchased goods directly in the web shop. To do so, go to details in your order history and fill in the return of goods form.
General information about our returns

If you return your products to us, please note:

  • It can take up to 7 days for your package to arrive
  • The returned items will be processed within 5 business days (without Saturdays) upon receipt.
  • You must pack the goods with appropriate care and send them by post, so that the products are not damaged during transport.
  • You should have a proof of shipment sent and keep it until you have received the refund or exchange.
  • Please enclose a return letter with your address data, the order number and the reason for return.

How do I get my money back?

Once your return has arrived, you will get your money back.

Depending on how you paid for us, you will receive:

  • A credit note to your bank account for advance funds. Please let us know your bank details so we can make the transfer.
  • PayPal is a credit to your Paypal account.
  • Immediately transfer a credit memo to your bank account. Please let us know your bank details so we can make the transfer.

  • When paying, you only pay for the goods you keep.
  • for cash on delivery, you must notify us of your bank details for products that you have already paid and return, so that we can carry out the transfer.
